While the location and room size were favorable, the service experience left much to be desired, impacting my overall impression of the visit.

Had a great time staying here with friends! The location made it easy to walk to the Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio. We loved the spacious room with a luxurious bathroom. Don’t forget to try the local cafés recommended in the check-in instructions. they really hit the spot.
